Building services (M&E) engineering services for additional accommodation at St Leo's College, Carlow. St Leo’s College is a voluntary secondary school under the trusteeship of CEIST with a current enrolment of 1031 pupils. Please see attached project brief and schedule of additional accommodation In summary, the project will comprise: • 4 x general classrooms 58.6 m2 each, • 1 x home economics room 118.6 m2, • 1 x DCG room 88.6 m2, • 2 x science labs 88.6 m2 each, • 1 x science area 38.5 m2, • 1 x textiles room 88.6 m2, • student and staff toilets 52 m2, • locker space 72 m2. Giving a floor area of: 877 m2 And giving a gross floor area (including circulation, partitions, stairs and lift of 1243 m2).
