Tender description

The Council sought a service provider to provide a technology-enabled care service across the county of West Sussex. The Council will work with a development partner/service provider to deliver the following three service elements, that make up this technology-enabled care service: • Service Element 1: Innovation and development of technology and/or digital services for West Sussex residents that complement their own support and networks; • Service Element 2: ‘Technology First’ cultural change including a TEC Learning and Development programme; and • Service Element 3: supply, set up and monitoring of TEC, continuously improving and extending the range and use of technological and digital services and products to meet individually identified health and social care outcomes.
