Tender description

This is a contract for complex mental health care and support service within a community environment. The support is the next step in a service user’s rehabilitation from either a residential environment or from a complex care inpatient rehabilitation service. The service is to provide: — 9-10 units of accommodation with social care and support to adults (18 – 65 years) for people with complex care mental health needs, — 24 hour Supported housing scheme, requiring the provision of 13-14 units of accommodation with social care and support to adults (18 – 65 yrs) and deliver a step down option for service users who (as) has part of their recovery pathway who have successfully moved on from a more intensive service.
