Establishment of Multi Operator Framework Agreement for the Provision of Support & Development Services for Oracle Planning & Budgeting Cloud System

Tender description

The UCD Finance Office is responsible for managing the financial activities of the core university, ancillary and subsidiary units with annual turnover of close to €600m. There are c. 90 Staff FTEs in the Finance Office, of which c. 20 work in the Financial Planning and Management Accounting unit which is the primary user of the Oracle Planning and Budgeting system. The unit includes responsibility for management accounting, the finance systems team and the Finance Managers who provide a local financial service to the academic colleges and schools. UCD has a Production and a Development instance of Oracle Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service and would like to establish a framework agreement from which contracts will be awarded for support and development services.
