Tender description

The project comprehends investigative works on various location along and adjacent to the Dodder River. This investigative works will give support for the detail design stage of the Dodder Greenway Scheme – Phase 3 and Phase 4. For specific locations refer to CSEA contract drawings. The site investigation works to be carried out include: • 78 No. Slit Trenches • 15 No. Trial Pit • 03 No. Boreholes • 15 No. CBR Test • 06 No. Soak Pit Test • All associated ancillary site works. • Traffic Management in accordance with a detailed Traffic management plan (inclusive of road opening licence (if applicable) and provision of maps for approval) Temporary fencing to be provided in proximity to all excavations. • Prior to all excavations, the location of services must be established. The Contractor must consult with utility companies prior to commence services location. • The reporting of any significant event should be directed at those listed in the Instruction to Tenderers of the Tender Documents.
