Tender description

The Authority is looking to award grants under a scheme with an aggregate estimated value of £3.45m. The grant aims to provide immediate support for a limited period of time to keep food charities and front-line food aid charities open and supporting the vulnerable, due to the economic impacts of Covid-19, with a continual supply of food otherwise not accessed through usual routes. The grant funding is not unlimited and applications will be assessed by the Authority strictly on a first come first served basis. The minimum limit of need to apply to this grant scheme is £30,000 over a 12 week period and the maximum Grant Funding available to each organisation is £100,000.
