Civil structural engineering services for additional accommodation at Good Counsel College, New Ross, Co. Wexford. Good Counsel College is a voluntary secondary school under the patronage of the Augustinian Schools Trust with a current enrolment of 831 students. Please see attached project brief and schedule of additional accommodation. In summary, the project will comprise: • 7 x general classrooms 58.6 m2 each (5 to be prefab replacements), • 2 x science labs, 88.6 m2 each, • 1 x prep room 38.5 m2, • 1 x multimedia room 88.6 m2, • student and staff toilets 27 m2, • locker space 63 m2. Sub-total 831 m2. Giving a gross floor area (including circulation, staircases and partitions of 1 184 m2).
