Cefas: RFQ: For consultancy and advice relating to organisational performance

Cefas is changing in response to a range of external drivers, not least, adapting to the consequences of EU Exit and the associated increasing global outlook of the UK Government and our parent Department, Defra. In preparing the organisation for future challenges, the Chief Executive is sponsoring this strategic project to evaluate aspects of Cefas Health and Safety (H&S) culture to identify strengths and areas for more focussed development with recommended actions. We welcome your proposals for this consultancy input and wish to highlight that access to staff at all levels will be facilitated either as individuals or in groups, for telephone and/or face to face interview (as required).
