Tender description

This prior information notice (PIN) with request for information (RFI) relates to AiB's requirement for chartered surveyor services for properties owned by sequestrated individuals. Once an individual has been sequestrated their property vests in the Accountant in Bankruptcy as the Trustee and may be realised for the benefit of creditors. This contract is intended to cover all Chartered Surveyor services required by AiB primarily within Scotland including the Highlands and Islands. There may also be a limited requirement for Chartered Surveyor services out with Scotland. The RFI document can be found within the additional documents section of this PIN. AiB intend to award a contract for the provision of Chartered Surveyor services. The scope of the contract is intended to cover all surveying services that may be required by AiB in relation to properties that will vest in the Accountant as Trustee. Please see the attached RFI for further information. A detailed specification and award criteria will be included in the invitation to tender (ITT) documentation.
