Building Services (M&E) Engineering Services for Additional Accommodation at Presentation Girls Primary School, Maynooth, Co Kildare. Presentation Girls Primary School is a Catholic primary school under the patronage of the Diocese of Dublin. Please see attached Project Brief & Schedule of Additional Accommodation. In summary, the project will comprise: • 2 General Classrooms including WCs & Storage 80 m2 each • 3 SET Rooms 15 m2 each Total Floor Area including circulation, internal walls and staircases = 372.4 m2 Also • Existing Classrooms to be reconfigured into a 2 classroom Early Intervention Unit 160 m2 Total floor area including circulation for alteration 190 m2. The attached Schedule of Accommodation for early Intervention Units can only be used as a guide and no external areas are provided for in this project. The accommodation for this Unit is to be reconfigured within the constraints of this 190m2 accommodation agreed.
