Tender for QS services to form part of the design team to design and deliver extension to Gorey CS consisting of the following: — 5/58.6 m2 general classrooms, — 4/15 m2 SET rooms, — 1/118.6 m2 art room, — 1/118.6 m2 home economics room, — 1/88.6 m2 science room, — 1/38.5 m2 prep room, — 7/3.5 m2 student toilets — 1/10.5 m2 universal toilet, — 2/3.5 m2 staff toilets, — 150 locker spaces. Total floor area including circulation area, internal partitions, etc. 1 032 m2. Gorey CS is a large two storey building with 1 600 pupils built in 1990's.
