The Provision of Consultancy Services - Architect Led Design Team including Lead Architect, Quantity Surveyor, Structural and Civil Engineer, Services Engineer, Project Supervisor Design Process (PSDP), Design and Assigned Certifier and Employers Representative for the detailed design, procurement and construction management of a Social Housing development project at Main Street, Templemore, Co. Tipperary. The successful tenderer will be responsible for the surveys, feasibility, planning stage, detailed design, tender process, supervision of construction and project closeout / final account agreement / handover of the project including Services Stages (i), (ii), (iii), (iv) & (v).
