Tender description

Rotherham Metropolitan Borough Council (“the Council”) are undertaking a further competition procurement process in accordance with the requirements within Health trust Europe’s framework (HtE) Information Communication Technology (ICT) Solutions, for an accredited Microsoft Licence Solution Provider (LSP). It is anticipated that the contract will commence on 12th May 2020 and will run for a period of 4 years making the expiry date 11th May 2024. The Council is currently reviewing its options on how to proceed with the contract term. This is because the Council may look to procure these licenses for 3 years through capital funding and this will include a 12 month extension. Should the Council choose not to do this the contract will include yearly break clauses to allow the Council to review its position before entering into years 2 (2021-2022), 3 (2022-2023) and 4 (2023-2024).
