EirGrid is seeking to establish a single supplier framework for the provision of taxation compliance and consulting services and invites applications from interested parties. For further information please see the information memorandum and PQQ document attached to the notice on www.e-tenders.gov.ie EirGrid is seeking to establish a single supplier framework for the provision of taxation compliance and consulting services and invites applications from interested parties. The successful candidate will be required to review draft corporation tax computations and provide a sign off memorandum for the financial statements. The candidate will be required to review the final corporation tax computations and file the corporation tax returns. The scope of this tender in respect of tax consulting services includes the following but is not limited to: — new funding arrangements, — new infrastructure projects, — advice in relation to new company set-ups and group structure, — VAT, PSWT and RCT services, — capital allowances reviews, — employment tax services, — any additional tax compliance, preliminary tax advice, 46G or iXBRL services.
