Tender description
This procurement arrangement is for the appointment of a multi supplier framework to provide a wide range of furniture including seating, desking, and storage for the CORSERV group of companies. The delivery and installation of the supplies is to be made to the CORSERV Group of Companies and any users offices and other establishments mainly in Cornwall as outlined in the Specification. The Framework Agreement shall take effect on the Commencement Date and shall continue for the Term of this Framework Agreement or extended by agreement by the Parties for up to three further periods of twelve months with a maximum overall duration of four years.
