Tender description

The Royal Borough of Greenwich is seeking a contractor to provide the Mental Health High Support Accommodation service run across four sites. It is aimed at working age adults with mental health needs. The primary aim of the service is support clients to learn and relearn skills and develop resilience so that they can then move on to lower support settings. The service is a recovery and move on project and it contributes to the borough priorities in supporting complex clients to become more independent. The service will work to models of therapeutic optimism and achieve the best possible independence for individuals. Property arrangements include provision for two current 24 hour staffed projects of 8 bed and 5 beds respectively and two medium support projects of 6 bed and 5 beds respectively.
