The provision of implementing a legal case management system to store all information and documents relating to confidential legal matter. The authority wishes to maximise the efficiencies that can be gained from the use of electronic solutions supported in the cloud, achievable business process improvements, on-line time recording, electronic invoicing and financial reporting and real time management information. The supplier shall manage the migration of the solution from the existing software to provide a seamless transition on behalf of the authority to ensure that business as usual continues uninterrupted and continued support of the solution following go-live. The solution should allow accessibility for the clients using the service, with the ability to determine and control the right level of interaction and access. This interaction must allow the client to both view case detail, comment on issues raised as well as access and see billing and reporting on a case by case basis.
