SmartPly Europe DAC are seeking expressions of interest from Mechanical Engineering Contractors for the Supply, Installation and Commissioning of Thermal Oil Services

Tender description

The general scope required is all inclusive for the engineering design, equipment supply, installation, commissioning and documentation for the Thermal Oil installation. The following schedule is indicative only and may be varied by SmartPly at any time without any penalty to SmartPly. Thermal Oil Scope: Supply, installation, commissioning and documentation as follows; 1) Tie into existing Thermal Oil system (Shutdown Sept. 2020) 2) Thermal Oil pipework fabrication and installation. 3) Insulation of Thermal Oil pipework. 4) Fabrication and installation of Thermal Oil bridge (design of bridge by others) 5) 100% NDT testing of Thermal Oil pipework. 6) 100% pressure testing of Thermal Oil pipework. 7) All testing and commissioning. 8) Thermal oil weld connections (from OEM) to SmartPly system 9) Decommissioning of existing thermal oil system. Note: design of Thermal Oil system will be by others.
