SmartPly Europe DAC are seeking expressions of interest from Mechanical Engineering Contractors for the Engineering Design, Supply, Installation and Commissioning of Piped Mechanical Services

Tender description

The general scope required is all inclusive for the engineering design, equipment supply, installation, commissioning and documentation for all Piped Mechanical Utilities. The following schedule is indicative only and may be varied by SmartPly at any time without any penalty to SmartPly. Mechanical Scope: Piped Utilities; Engineering design, equipment supply, fabrication, installation, commissioning and documentation of the following systems; 1) Compressed Air including shutdown to tie-in to existing 2) Process Water including shutdown to tie-in to existing 3) Diesel System including piping, pumps & storage tanks. 4) Water supply from well to plantroom. 5) Modifications to WESP No. 1, WESP No. 2 and hot gas duct. 6) Supply and installation of fittings to Energy Plant services (compressed air, process water) from plant room. 7) Supply and connections to dry screenings equipment. 8) Supply of services to Energy Plant and to Dryer (connections by vendor) 9) Granulate silo cyclo filter installation. 10) Thermal Oil Room Extraction 11) MCC Room extraction / AHU 12) Knife Room ventilation, drains & services 13) Trace heating to water services 14) Insulation & cladding to water and diesel services. 15) All certification as necessary 16) All required testing, NDT and certification as necessary. 17) Decommissioning of existing services, plant and equipment.
