Tender description

The general scope required is all inclusive for the engineering design, equipment supply, installation, commissioning and documentation for all Electrical Distribution & General Services. The scope of the works includes Electrical Distribution & General Services to the Thermal Oil Room, Valve Room A, MCC Room, Fuel Storage Area, Energy Plant, Knife Room & Toilets. The following schedule is indicative only and may be varied by SmartPly at any time without any penalty to SmartPly. Electrical Distribution & General Services: Engineering design, equipment supply, installation, commissioning and documentation of Electrical Distribution & General Services to the following; 1) Thermal Oil Room fit out: sub board, small power, fire alarm, lighting, CCTV cabling 2) Valve Room A fit out: small power, lighting, fire alarm and emergency lighting 3) Fuel Storage fit out: lighting, emergency lighting, containment 4) MCC Room: service panel, small power, general services, fire alarm, lighting, CCTV cabling. 5) Energy Plant: Cat 6A cabling, containment 6) Energy Plant Lighting: 200 fittings, containment, cabling 7) Emergency Lighting: site wide 8) Knife Room / Toilets fit out: small power, fire alarm, lighting, emergency lighting. 9) Earthing. 10) Power Outlets: 110v and 3 phase 32A – mostly external 11) Energy Plant : Fire Alarm. 12) Site Lighting 13) Electrical works for Bark Hog relocation 14) Wiring of sprinkler equipment including all interconnecting wiring and power supplies and I/Os to the fire alarm 15) Power supply to heat tracing controllers including RCBOs. 16) Field wiring for spark detection system 17) Temporary site electrics 18) Electrical decommissioning of existing equipment 19) Preliminaries 20) All certification / commissioning as necessary. 21) All required testing as necessary.
