Tender description

The Warriner Multi Academy Trust was formed in 2015 and now consists of The Warriner School plus 5 primary schools. Of the Trust, The Warriner School, Sibford Gower Primary School and a third School outside of the Trust, Southfields Primary Academy, are currently looking to review their cleaning contract through a competitive tender process. The contract is being offered for 3 years with the option to extend for a further 2 periods of 12 months. The contract commencement date is 4.11.2019. The contract is for a full daily cleaning service during during term time and periodic cleaning outside of term time. TUPE is expected to apply, details of which can be found in the tender documentation. Several members of the cleaning team are part of the Local Government Pension Scheme (LGPS) and an application for admitted body status may be required. The Warriner School, part of The Warriner MAT, is an 11-19 rural secondary school situated in the North Oxfordshire Village of Bloxham, situated on a 120 acre working farm which is utlised for teaching. The cleaning service at The Warriner School is currently outsourced. The contract is being offered for a 3 years with the option to extend for a further 2 periods of 12 months. The contract commencement date is 4.11.2019. The contract is for a full daily cleaning service during during term time and periodic cleaning outside of term time. The cleaning service at the School is currently outsourced. The contract is being offered for a 3 years with the option to extend for a further 2 periods of 12 months.
