Tender description

Louth County Council wishes to appoint a suitably qualified Leisure Management Company with proven experience in the management of leisure facilities to manage, operate and maintain Dundalk and Drogheda Leisure Centres in a manner that meets high levels of customer service and all statutory obligations in relation to Health & Safety, Protection of the Environment and Employee rights. The appointed Leisure Management Company (Contractor) will be responsible for all costs incurred running such a facility, maintenance, service and utility charges including energy, water and commercial rates. Louth County Council is availing of the competitive dialogue procedure prescribed by Article 30 of the Public Procurement Directive 2014/24/EU for the award of public contracts as transposed into domestic Irish law by the European Union (Award of Public Authority Contracts) Regulations, 2016 to explore the most appropriate solutions to manage, operate and maintain Dundalk and Drogheda Leisure Centres.
