Invitation to Tender for the Concession to Operate a Cafe in Richmond Barracks

Tender description

Dublin City Council (DCC) proposes to award a contract for the provision of catering services in the Mess Café. Therefore DCC is seeking tenders from competent service providers for the concession to operate the Mess Café located in Richmond Barracks. The duration of the contract will be for one year initially, with an option to extend for three one year periods up to a maximum of four years in total. The concessionaire will ensure the day to day provision and management of all catering services on the site. The concessionaire must, as is reasonably possible, ensure that their menu caters for a diverse clientele with many different nationalities and specific dietary requirements. A healthy eating element should form at least part of the menu. Healthy eating and calorie guidance is encouraged, together with the statutory labelling of products in respect to allergies.
