Tender description
Wiltshire Council has a duty to provide quality accommodation and support to vulnerable young people, including 16- and 17-year olds who are assessed as being children in need and those who leave care, up to the age of 25. Wiltshire Council is looking to acquire solo, 2 young people and 3 young people sharing properties and associated support services. This procurement is being undertaken in accordance with the light-touch regime (LTR) rules (PCR 2015 74-77). The Council therefore confirms that the LTR OJEU threshold and timescales apply, as does certain flexibilities with regards to the tender selection and award that are specified within this document. Solo properties. Two young people sharing. Three young people sharing.
