Tender description

Lincolnshire County Council will be undertaking a procurement in line with Regulations 74-76 of the Public Contract Regulations 2015 (PCR), the light touch regime, and pursuant to Regulation 76(7) of the PCR, for a domestic abuse refuge support service. The domestic abuse refuge support service will provide high quality and accessible support, available to eligible adults who are fleeing domestic abuse. The service will offer tailored support based on individuals needs. The contract will run for an initial 3-year duration with the option to extend for a further period or periods of up to 2 years. This service will deliver interventions and domestic abuse support to people who meet the eligibility criteria in refuge accommodation. The supplier will provide accommodation for 20 service users and their dependants. Details as follows: — 2 refuges suitable for a total of 16 service users and their dependants (16 service users between the 2 refuges), — 4 dispersed properties each suitable to accommodate male service users, large families, and families with older male dependants.
