Tender description

Lancashire County Council (the Council) invites interested stakeholders to early market engagement in relation to the provision of tier 4 substance misuse rehabilitation and detoxification services. In relation to rehabilitation services: proposals include using innovative methods of assessment, the introduction of placements based on levels of care/interventions which will be aligned and costed accordingly. The rationale behind proposals for rehabilitation services is to ensure the right level of need is identified; the right level of treatment is available; provided through a person centred approach; and tiered in accordance with the level of intervention(s) provided both in terms of cost and need. Please note that the purpose of this event is for the Council to discuss with the market and affirm an understanding of what it has to offer to assist the Council to potentially commission the envisaged changes.
