We are seeking to establish a framework with reputable, suitably experienced and qualified organisations to provide an innovative and creative range of local (i.e. within the London Borough of Tower Hamlets) supported living accommodation and residential care for people with learning disabilities. This is a prior information notice to give advance notice to potential suppliers that may be interested in discussing with the team the requirements and applying for this future contract opportunity. A pre-market suppliers’ event will be held on 27.1.2020, 10:30 a.m. at Albert Jacob House, 62 Roman Road, London E2 0PG room AJH101. Please register your interest to attend the event through the portal or by sending an email to jay.bains@towerhamlets.gov.uk by 12.00 noon on 23.1.2020 quoting ‘LD Supported Living' The Council is planning to divide this contract opportunity into 3 lots: Lot 1: learning disability residential care; Lot 2: learning disability supported living; Lot 3: supported living for people with high/complex physical and sensory needs and behaviour that challenges. For avoidance of doubt this is not a call for competition at this stage, the purpose is to advise the market on the forthcoming procurement of London Borough of Tower Hamlets and seek ideas from the market that may inform the final specification. This will be a joint suppliers’ Event to present this contract opportunity and also the tender of HAC5320 — Huddlestone Close (LD Supported Living). A separate advert and PIN notice has been created for HAC5320.
