This project at The Grove Hospital, Vicar Street, Tuam, Co. Galway will consist of part-demolition, refurbishment and remodelling of The Grove Hospital along with new extensions and site works. This is to provide a Mental Health Services Facility, Early Intervention and Disability Services Facility and Shared Services for The HSE West. The site is the existing vacated buildings in Tuam, known as ‘The Grove’. The project involves the renovation and extension of the current buildings on site to provide; • Accommodation for the Community Mental Health Team and Day Hospital (Mental Health Service). • Accommodation for the Early Intervention Team (Disability Services). • Shared services accommodation. • Utility Services to cater for the proposed development. • Site Development Works & services These works may be delivered on a phased basis depending on the availability of funding. 12.0m
