Family Safeguarding Plus Model – Market Testing Questionnaire We would like your help in designing the domestic abuse element of our new Family Safeguarding Plus Model. We have set out some questions below and would very much appreciate hearing your views and suggestions to help us to get the new service right. Oxfordshire County Council is looking to commission a domestic abuse service to form part of the delivery of our new Family Safeguarding Plus Model for Oxfordshire. The model is intended to give a much greater focus on the needs of parents and in particular working with them to address the impacts of domestic abuse, substance misuse and mental ill health.
