Tender description

Learning in Harmony Trust is a multi academy trust (MAT) comprising 8 academies; 5 across 7 locations in the London Borough of Newham and a further 3 in Southend, Essex. The tender is for the provision of facilities management services across all locations within the Trust. This includes, but is not limited to, onsite support of various facilities and statutory compliance, management support, helpdesk support and emergency breakdowns. The core facilities management contract has an annual value of 165 000 GBP. In addition to this, the Trust has historically spent 400 000 GBP per annum on reactive maintenance and repairs. The appointment of the successful tenderer will be made in order to ensure a new contract for facilities management is in place for 4.11.2019. The contract is being offered for an initial 3 years with 2 possible extensions of 12 months each.
