Tender description

This framework is for the supply of exercise books, exercise papers, office pads, notebooks and flip chart pads. All products are to be branded in ESPO’s own brand. ESPO will impose on economic operators requirements aimed at protecting the confidential nature of information made available throughout the procurement procedure (as permitted by Regulation 21(3)) and, before receiving that information, economic operators will be required to complete and return a confidentiality agreement, which will be available once economic operators have expressed an interest in the tender opportunity. The supply of mottled press board covered exercise books for bulk delivery to the ESPO distribution centre, Leicester or to an alternative storage facility within the UK. The supply of smartbuy branded matt laminate covered exercise books for bulk delivery to the ESPO distribution centre, Leicester or to an alternative storage facility within the UK. The supply of exercise papers for bulk delivery to the ESPO distribution centre, Leicester or to an alternative storage facility within the UK. The supply of ESPO branded office pads, notebooks and flipchart pads for bulk delivery to the ESPO distribution centre, Leicester or to an alternative storage facility within the UK. This Lot is divided into 2 sub-lots. Sub-lot 1 is for emergency supply of exercise books and other associated products (outside of Lots 1-5) for delivery to the ESPO distribution centre, Leicester or to an alternative storage facility within the UK. Sub-lot 2 is for supply of bespoke exercise books direct to ESPO customers. This Lot is to facilitate further competitions amongst the suppliers appointed.
