Evidence Based Stock Management enables the library service to maximise the use of library lending collections across all sites. The solution needs to work with the Library Management System software to enable evidence-based stock management. Its use must enable the Library Service to make better use of staff time, and to make smarter, more responsive decisions around stock selection and movement across the county, leading to a much-improved customer experience.
