PIN: request for information and notice of a supplier day in relation to enterprise wide scheduling being help in Eastleigh Southampton 28.1.2020. University Hospital Southampton NHS Foundation Trust requires a new Enterprise Wide Scheduling system and would like to offer suppliers the opportunity to attend a supplier day on 28.1.2020 in Eastleigh, Hampshire, UK. No contract is on offer at this stage. The event is an early market-engagement exercise only. Aim: to improve UHS’s knowledge of the marketplace-offering and to allow initial supplier questions. Expertise and innovation will be collected to aid the build of a formal specification. The new solution will be a multi-resource system, capable of interfacing with multiple, existing platforms and managing patient, staff, equipment and location data across a large foundation trust with over 11 500 staff. UHS would only like to hear from suppliers who already have a demonstrable, tailorable product. NHS systems experience is not essential.
