Tender description

East Renfrewshire Council is currently inviting tenders, from suitably qualified companies to and experienced contractor to a measured term contract for electrical works. The service to be provided by the successful contractor includes repair, replacement and maintenance of electrical works in association with the property management of East Renfrewshire Council Buildings. Note: this includes all educational properties but does not currently include any housing properties. Also included is a sum identified by housing who now wish to use this contract to provide additional capacity to their housing maintenance team for unknown domestic work to council owned properties within the ERC boundary and unanticipated ‘one-off’ minor project works. The service required is to provide a 24 hour, 365 days a year emergency response service, as detailed in the contract documents, in accordance with the priority schedule and contract conditions.
