Tender description
Tyne and Wear Fire and Rescue Authority (the ‘Authority’) the provision as main provider of the level 3 operational firefighter apprenticeship subcontracting TWFRS for the delivery of operational training. Procedure being utilised: Light Touch Regime (LTR) as set out in Regulations 74 to 76, Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (‘PCR’).
