Tender description

The University Seeks to appoint a suitably qualified contractor to carry out demolition woks located at our city centre campus. Approximate Size and General Description of the Works: This project is for the Phase 2 demolition works. It will consist of the demolition of the Zoology Accretions and the Anatomy Building. The Anatomy building will be carefully disassembled by the contractor and stored (location to be confirmed by TCD - tenderers to allow for a transport radius of 10km from TCD campus). Tenderers should note that there may be reference to phase 1 works in these tender documents. However, tenderers are to price for Phase 2 only as set out in the attached BQ. Notwithstanding the demolition activities, Phase 2 will require various protection, alterations and temporary works to be carried out. The specifications and works requirements are wholly described within the tender document set. Tenders must be submitted via the electronic postbox available on www.etenders.gov.ie by the response deadline. Only Tenders submitted to the electronic postbox will be accepted. Tenders submitted by any other means (including but not limited to by email, fax, post or hand delivery) will NOT be accepted.
