Stockport Council is considering options and researching the market for a delivery partner that might be able to help us achieve our ambitious aims for our Borough in relation to improving digital skills and confidence of our residents. This is only a soft market testing exercise. THIS IS NOT A CALL FOR COMPETITION The Soft Market Test is intended to allow interested organisations with relevant experience to outline their views and provide information with no commitment to themselves or the Authority. Interested providers are kindly encouraged to provide responses to the questionnaire contained within the attached document. Deadline for responses to this soft market testing process is 22nd January, 2020.
