Reservoir Café is an established cafe located opposite the Daventry Reservoir at the popular Daventry Country Park. Daventry Country Park is a Green Flag award winning park situated within 1 mile of Daventry town centre, easily accessible by car and with the benefit of cycle ways and footpaths from residential areas. The park attracts an estimated 40,000 visits per year and hosts a variety of events and activities to visitors from both Daventry District and further afield. Reviews of the park and facilities are positive and Daventry Country Park is a well-loved and well-used asset within Daventry District. The café facility is being renovated this winter (December 2019-February 2020) to provide a larger food preparation area and internal customer seating. The new cafe will comprise of a kitchen/food preparation area with a serving hatch secured with shutters, point of sales area and indoor, outdoor and covered seating areas. A separate store room, with electric supply is available to the right of the covered seating area. The facility will seat approximately 60 people in 3 seating areas. The shared and outdoor seating is provided and maintained by Daventry District Council and cleaned and kept in good condition by the Service Provider.
