Tender description

The authority is seeking to establish framework agreement for on behalf of the members of the HE/FE sector in Scotland, and members of the Scottish Confederation of University and Research Libraries (SCURL). The framework agreement will be for the provision of aggregated multi-publisher databases which will provide end users with access to a single source of full text and abstract and indexing from a range of subject specific and multi-disciplinary electronic content, including but not limited to: — primary source materials, — scholarly journals, — newspapers, — reports, — working papers, — datasets, — dissertations, — video. The purpose of this procurement exercise is to appoint a contractor/contractors to provide members of Advanced Procurement for Universities and Colleges (APUC Ltd) and the Scottish Confederation of University and Research Libraries (SCURL) with access to a full range of subject specific and multi-disciplinary databases.
