Contract for the provision of operational management and maintenance services at Dungavel House Immigration Removal Centre.

Tender description

The Authority seeks a commercial partner to provide services at Dungavel House Immigration Removal Centre (IRC). Dungavel IRC with an operating capacity of 249 accommodates both male and female detainees. Services required include: (but are not limited to)- Overall management of the site - Security and guarding - Local escorting and hospital bed watches - Provision of furniture and equipment -Facilities Management and cleaning services; -Landscaping services. The potential length of contract will be 8 years from service commencement, with options to extend, possibly for up to a further 2 years.
