Tender description

The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea (RBKC) housing management is looking to appoint the services of 3 multi-disciplinary construction services professional firms to assist with the scoping and management of works required to the blocks within Silchester Estate. The contract is divided into 3 lots namely: Lot 1: Principal designer and clerk of works; Lot 2: Contract administrator, quantity surveyor and project planner; Lot 3: Design services. A single professional services firm will be appointed onto each lot. A construction professional services firm to assist with the scoping and management of works required to the four blocks within Silchester Estate.
