Bradford CLLD Local Action Group invites proposals for the design and subsequent delivery of the activity outlined from the 1st April 2020 to 31st August 2022 Activity 1 - To establish and run a network of community-based services to provide coordinated, holistic, flexible, targeted and specific interventions for people furthest from the job market, incorporating access to: 1. Personal and skills development 2. Life Mentoring Support 3. Facilities and equipment 4. Addressing employment barriers e.g. access to affordable transport, internet These ‘Community Hubs’ will also coordinate the participants’ learning process (skills development, personal development and mentoring) to ensure a coordinated holistic life-changing experience. The focus is very much working with those furthest from the job market at a local level. This activity call is part funded by European Social Fund (ESF) plus other public match funding; and applicants will be required to identify their own match funding. The total activity expenditure would be £2,100,000 with grant available of £1,177,000. We are expecting to enter into a funding agreement with one applicant to deliver the whole of the call or a lead applicant with named delivery partners. The lead applicant will be required to manage the delivery of the call activity by their partners.
