Catering services accessible by staff, the judiciary, advocates, other court users, the general public and enable ushers/witness service to assist witnesses and jurors to purchase. Catering services accessible by staff, the judiciary, advocates, other court users, the general public and enable ushers/witness service to assist witnesses and jurors to purchase. This catering opportunity is issued on the basis that the service will be provided on a nil subsidy basis i.e. the contractor does not receive payment from the authority for providing the service, however in return they can use the court facilities rent and utility charge free, and the contractor keeps all revenue generated. The authority will also allow the contractor to use any existing equipment which might be on site, however this equipment will need to be maintained by the contractor and returned upon expiry/termination in a similar condition as at contract start.
