Tender description

The National Lottery Community Fund (the Fund) is one of the 12 distributors of money raised by the players of The National Lottery, which fund projects and activities that transform communities, protect our heritage, and enrich lives through arts, sports and culture. The Fund has worked with external suppliers to measure colleague engagement for several years. We are nearing the end of our current contract and seeking a new supplier to manage our employee engagement research. This insight is vital to inform our wider employee engagement strategy. We want to give colleagues regular opportunities to give feedback, share their opinions on working here, in order we can look to continually make this a great place to work.
