TfL’s existing network of ATMs is located primarily on London Underground. TfL is appointing a contractor (a) to install and maintain ATMs on the existing network of spaces for ATMs on London Underground (and the other parts of the TfL Estate, subject to the leasing arrangements); and (b) to expand the existing network of ATMs to other parts of the TfL Estate by installing further ATMs on the Bus Stations, DLR, Overground, London Tram, TfL Rail and Victoria Coach Station. Furthermore, TfL is seeking to appoint a contractor who can modernise the ATM services with innovative concepts in order to grow revenues, whilst operating in a changing market environment. The contractor will be responsible for the installation and comprehensive management of all ATMs on the TfL Estate including: installation of new ATM equipment, the day to day maintenance, performance monitoring and management, regular reporting, as well as delivery of innovative solutions to expand and grow revenue.
