Tender description
The building is a protected structure and it is intended to adapt this building to provide welfare accommodation for the train drivers as well as station or depot staff. In addition ancillary office space will be provided for the station management and commercial teams. The facility will comprise staff offices, meeting rooms, changing areas (male and female), relaxation spaces and common use areas. All works are to meet modern standards while being sympathetic to the original characteristics of the building.
