The Contracting Entity intends to procure a services contract for the provision of an employee start-up incubator programme – X_Potential - in Dublin at a location to be provided by the bidder. The employee incubator programme, X_Potential, is an annual full - service internal employee incubator. The purpose of X_Potential is to facilitate the development internal start-ups with the capability deliver new profitable revenue streams to ESB Group.
