Tender description

This Request for Tender (RFT) document sets out the requirement for the supply, installation, commissioning, warranty provision and support and maintenance of Audio Visual (AV) systems for the IAA. The AV Systems package to which this RFT relates is to form an integral part of the works for the ATC Tower project in Dublin Airport in Dublin This RFT document covers the detailed design intent requirements for the audio-visual facilities. There are two separate requirements, each describing a distinct area where audio visual systems are required. • Video Wall in reception area • Conference room AV/VC The Contracting Authority currently uses OneLAN publisher and OneLan player to manage the content on digital displays and the new solution must integrate seamlessly into the current environment.Similarly, the Authority currently uses Cisco hardware to manage its Audio Visual systems and the new solution must also integrate seamlessly into the current setup.
