Anglia Ruskin University Higher Education Corporation (ARU) is looking for a supplier to provide a variety of marquees for graduation ceremonies, award ceremonies, public engagement and many other events that are extremely important to our students, staff and other delegates. Further information is contained within the tender documentation. The proposed contract would to provide the November Graduation Ceremonies of 2020 and initially be for 3 years following these graduations to cover events including the graduations in November 2023 with the option to extend for a further 2 x 1 years, up to a total of 5 years. Anglia Ruskin University Higher Education Corporation (ARU) is looking for a supplier to provide a variety of marquees for graduation ceremonies, award ceremonies, public engagement and many other events that are extremely important to our students, staff and other delegates. For some events it is anticipated that just the marquee may be required however, in most cases other services such as flooring, lighting, generators, heating, cooling, sound systems, audio visual, toilets, tables, seating, decoration etc. may be required. Decorations such as swags, chair covers and colour-coordinated carpets may be required for prestige events. Some events may be ‘themed’.
