PA Housing is looking to procure a Cloud based Learning Management System (LMS) and e-learning modules (desirable) that will deliver a blended learning approach that can be accessed on different devices. The LMS will allow staff members to access role specific training and also generate efficiencies in the management of content and reporting for managers and the Learning and Development Team. In addition, the system has to integrate with iTrent which is Paragon Asra Housing's (PA Housing) HR Management System. The system will allow specific curriculums and / or development pathways to be introduced for different teams / functions, so allowing for a more focused learning offering based on organisational and individual learning requirements and needs. PA Housing is looking for a provider who is forward thinking and is socially aware of the impact they make to learners of within the business and the wider community by providing an engaging and dynamic user experience and easy to use and navigate user interface.
